How Denial Zero Became a Product
We spent years inside billing operations, processing claims for practices in all 50 states, and watched the same thing every billing company sees: skilled people spending a third of their time on denial triage. Reading CARC codes. Sorting recoverable from hopeless. Deciding what was worth fighting. The same decision tree, thousands of times.
So we built an agent to run the decision tree. Then we taught it to draft the fix, watch the deadline, and chase the payer. Then we made it write down everything it does, because in healthcare the audit trail is not paperwork, it is the product.
That is DenialZero. The agent is calibrated against years of real denial decisions and real payer behavior. The pricing is a flat fee per resolved denial because that is the only model where working your smallest claims still makes sense for both of us.
